All products purchased from ovvioclothing.com can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if :

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
